Product Description ?

This is genuine manufacturer sourced replacement power cord. It is made for use with Milwaukee electric drills/drivers. The power cord is a crucial component for an electric power tool, because, it supplies electricity from an outlet to the tool. This cord has rubber insulation and it is sold individually. Please note, the protector/grommet is included in this assembly.

To replace this power cord you should only need a screwdriver.

• Remove the housing screws and separate the housing pieces
• Disconnect wires from the old cord
• Remove old cord and secure the new one in place
• Reassemble and test the unit

    1- Removed screws in the handle
    2-Remove wires from switch....you have to take a wire and push where the wire goes to release the power wires from the switch.
    3- I had to solder the new wires so that they could be inserted into the switch terminals.
    4-A small amount of rubber had to be removed from the cord protector for a good fit .
    5- Nothing is out of the usual for a cord change

    the drill switch was broke, the trigger was loose and the cord had tears in the wire cover

    removed the screws holding the handle together
    separated the two handle pieces to expose all wiring and parts
    removed trigger, switch and cord.
    installed new trigger, switch and cord
    screwed handle back together
    plugged drill in and tested for proper operation

    Replaced REVERSE SWITCH and LINE CORD. Line cord replaced because Ground pin on plug was broken off.

    Handle Gear Case replaced also. Handle was not supplied with mounting screws, had to visit Hardware store. Old screws were missing.

    Repair went excellent.

    Accidentally had cut my cord

    Removed the screws from the switch handle. Removed the old cord wires, then installed the new cord wires. Assemble the handles. Tested the drill. And it works.

    Switch acting up and cord needed replacing

    Remove screws holding Handel together, separate the two halves, remove the switch and take the wires off one at a time and place the new cord wires in the same place. Place new switch in handle and fasten the two handle halves together.
