Over time cord would crack or get damaged otherwise requiring replacement. It is important to replace a damaged cord before continuing to use your clippers. This cord is rubber insulated and it is sold individually.

2. Pulled the wires off
3. Pulled the switch off
4. Pulled the old cord out
5. Put the new cord in
6. Secured the wires
7. Reassembled

2. Removed old parts.
3. Replaced with new parts.
4. Reassembled clipper assembly.
5. Tested to make sure put together properly.

Cord replacement needed. Clippers were missing the nut to the toggle switch.

Unscrew from the base and replace the electrical cord. Add the nut to the toggle switch at the base.
