Squirrel chewed the handle, knobs and ignition switch. Had to replace them all. The chewed off parts were functional but they look awful.

The knobs pulled off easily. The handle was unscrewed at both ends. You will need to loosen the side panels of the lid to completely remove the handle.

Control knobs and top of rocker switch melted because of flame flareup.

Removed old knobs and replaced. The rocker switch and rocker bracket were a little more difficult to replace because I had to remove the plate cover to access the bracket/switch and there were no instructions. It turns out, I had to remove 2 screws at the side bottom of the burner plate to remove the plate.

Make sure the broken part is not on the stem. Then line up the control knob with the stem's slots and push down.
