Exact Replacement
This cable was to replace a stretched non-adjustable cable on an old lawn mower. It appears to be the correct cable as the brake lever moves further than with the old cable.

Disconnected cable from handle pushed slack down disconnected cable from engine brake lever loosened cable clamp. Removed old cable replaced in reverse very easy

Remove the 4 screws from the engine cover
Remove the bolt the holds the cable to the handle
I had to cut the cable near the engine because it was froze up and wouldn't move
Install the new cable
