This is a genuine OEM supplied replacement part that is specially designed for Campbell Hausfeld and Bostitch air compressors. It is the part that the piston attaches to. The piston is a central component of a two-cycle engine. It provides both the compression within the engine and it transfers the energy from combustion to the crankshaft which creates rotation. One durable metal connecting rod is included. Please note the piston is sold separately.

Removed compressor from tank
Removed head and valve
Removed bearing cover rotated crank
Removed bad connecting rod and piston
Installed new ones with new rings
Installed bearing reassembled compressor
I didn't need to replace the rod and piston closest to the pulley wheel so the pulley wheel didn't have to be removed.
