Website was very detailed and it was easy to determine the part I needed to correct my trimmer string issue was simply a compression spring. Easy to order and it was received very quickly. Had the Weed Trimmer back operating right away.

It didn't take long, couple of minutes tops. Removed the spool, removed the mechanism, where the spring goes, like I saw on a video, put the spring in the hole in the front of the mechanism, slid it back in, pushed it down, put the spool on, and the cover, and it was good to go. I knew someone had to have something for it. Even the manufacturer, Worx, didn't have any clues. Glad I found you. Bought something a long time ago, can't remember what it was, or what it was for, but it was the right item then, and you had the right item now. When all else fails, I'll check you out, and see. Absolutely great and reasonable costs. Thanks.

Lost the spring for the line feed

    Screwdriver

Used a flat head screwdriver to lightly pry the push button out
Put the missing spring into the hole in the push button
Placed the button back the same way I took it out, compressing the spring a little bit against the inner wall until it went back into its place
This is for a Worx wg163 and part was perfect
