Bolt broke off down in the casting
Drilled a hole in the broken bolt and tried to use an easy out which broke off in the hole. So then I mig welded a nut to the bolt and twisted it out with a 3/4" wrench. It took 3 tries before I got a strong enough weld to do the trick. If the casting hadn't been aluminum the welding trick probably wouldn't have worked. Put it all back together and it works as designed.
