Sent the wrong part
The housing for the fan motor was not the right one. I had to remove the fan and motor and use the old housing bracket and make some other jury rigged adjustments because the new fan/motor assembly was a little taller than the old one. I paid more for the fan plus bracket so I could do a simple in-and-out replacement this ended up taking an hour.

Released the tab on side with single tab
Pulled out old blower assembly
Installed new blower assembly
Plugged in fan
Replaced grill
Unplugged the fan
Released the tab on side with single tab
Pulled out old blower assembly

Remove light bulb
Remove hex nut
Unplug and remove light assembly
Unplug fan assembly
Push fan assembly to one side to disengage detente on blower assembly
Reverse all steps
Remove light bulb
Remove hex nut
Unplug and remove light assembly
Unplug fan assembly
Push fan assembly to one side to disengage detente on blower assembly
Reverse all steps
