    I remove four screws holding the pad on. Pad and clamps are held on by the same screws. Slip pad off sander, remove old clamps, set new clamps in place, replace pad on sander, install screws through pad and clamps, tighten screws opposite each other as you have to slide pad over drive disk. Finish tightening securely and get back to work on your project.

    1.Removed the 4 screws that hold the sanding pad in place.
    2. Removed the old clamps
    3.Replaced the old clamps with the new ones.
    4.Replaced the sanding pad and tightened up with the 4 screws.
    5.Clamped new sheet of sandpaper in place and test.

    The teeth on the clamper where worn out

    Removed the screws from the pad and removed the broken clamps. Set the new clamps in place and installed the screws

    Broken clamper

    Broken clamper was already removed.
    Put new clamper in place,screwed it down after putting pad holder on,
    Replaced pad, put sandpaper on, went back to work.
