Maintenance; unit had not been serviced since the date of acquisition, which was nine years ago
Removed air filter cover and replace air filter and re-installed cover
Removed fuel tank.
Removed cylinder shroud.
Removed crankcase pulse tube.
Replace crankcase pulse tube.
Flip unit over to expose bottom of carburetor where primer bulb resides.
Removed the four screws on the carburetor unit, while the carburetor was left on the cylinder.
Removed and replaced primer bulb; re-installed the four carburetor screws.
Removed fuel grommet and fuel lines from fuel tank by using a screwdriver and prying up.
Put Vaseline on fuel filter outlet pipe and inserted fuel line.
Cut opposite end of fuel line and carburetor return hose at an angle and rubbed Vaseline to facilitate the installation of tubes into fuel grommet.
Applied Vaseline to fuel grommet and inserted fuel into orifice of fuel tank by placing at an angle and rotating while pushing down.
Ensured fuel tubes line lengths exiting from the tank was at the proper length if not pulled or pushed as necessary.
Re-installed fuel tank and cylinder shroud using loctite.
Removed fuel tank.
Removed cylinder shroud.
Removed crankcase pulse tube.
Replace crankcase pulse tube.
Flip unit over to expose bottom of carburetor where primer bulb resides.
Removed the four screws on the carburetor unit, while the carburetor was left on the cylinder.
Removed and replaced primer bulb; re-installed the four carburetor screws.
Removed fuel grommet and fuel lines from fuel tank by using a screwdriver and prying up.
Put Vaseline on fuel filter outlet pipe and inserted fuel line.
