This is a genuine OEM pre-filter designed for use with Bissell upright vacuums. This filter is located inside of the bottom of the dirt cup. Check the inner and outer circular filters in the filter cup, as well as the pre-motor filter at least once per month and clean or replace as needed. This assembly consists of one (1) pleased paper filter and one (1) foam filter.

Removed the bottom of the vacuum, removed the the brush roll & old belt, and installed the new one, by placing it around the motor and the end of the brush roll, then pulling the brush roll back into its brackets.
Installed the bottom of the vacuum
Removed the dirt cup and replaced the filter
Needed a new filter !!!
