They had the part in stock and I had my heater up and running in less than a week. I have used eReplacement several times over the years and am well pleased.

I have a 2008 75000btu big max Mr heater. The problem was, the fan would cycle on, gas valve would open but the igniter would not ignite.

My heater is hung in the corner with cabinets on both sides. This made it more difficult, but not impossible. I ordered a control board I removed wires from the old board and plugged into the new board. Then I unscrewed the old board, and removed, and then installed the new board. Turned the power on and everything worked. Been running for a week now and no problems. I am glad it was the board because the igniter looks like it would have been worse.

My shop has a high ceiling (14' at the eaves) so I had to perform the repair while on a 15" fruit ladder. It is very straightforward: Disconnect power; remove the side cover; remove the four sheet metal screws that hold the circuit boards at the corners; swap the wires to the new board; secure the new boards with provided screws and spacers; replace the side cover; restore power --- and they worked perfectly!

The original boards had 3/8" spacers to allow air flow between the circuit boards and the sheet metal to which they are attached. That metal separates the burner from electrical assemblies in the heater. The boards from eReplacementParts had 1" spacers that may allow the boards to last longer. Put the new, longer screws through their respective holes, wrap with one wrap of electrical tape, and slide the 1" nylon spacers over the tape. That will hold the spacers in place until you are ready to secure the board to the furnace.

Turned off power to the heater. Disconnected the wiring to the circuit board being careful to insure where they came from. Removed the mounting screws. Reinstalled the new circuit board using the new stand off parts and screws. Reconnected the wiring connectors. Turned on power to the heater and then adjusted the thermostat to call for heat. The unit then went through its start up functions and the burner lit. All has been well since.

Ignitor would not fire to start furnace

First I changed the ignitor. That did not work.
Next I changed the circuit board.
It’s been working fine for two weeks.
    First turn off power.
    Remove side cover.
4 screws hold circuit board on. They were hard to reach. Used a socket and various lengths of socket extensions to take the circuit board out. 1/4 inch drive ratchet.
Changed the wires one at a time as to not make any mistakes.
I only put 3 of the 4 screws back. Could not easily get the lower one in the back on.
Three of the 4 was fine.
Put the cover back on, turned on the power and it’s been working fine for 2 weeks.
The Mr Heater was hung on a ceiling in my garage. Hardest part was working off the step ladder, trying to reach the screws.
Since I changed the ignitor first, then ordered the circuit board, I was without a heater for two weeks.
