    One of the chuck jaws damaged

    Had to saw most of the chuck off with port a band saw and then heat the screw because of the lock tire compound on screw threads then it came off easy

    The chuck screw had threaded out of the spindle not allowing the chuck to open all the way. I screwed the new chuck screw in the spindle and now it works like a champ.
