Broken shredder screen, dull shredder and two chipper blades

Removed two screen pins and screen
Removed chipper chute
Removed bolts surrounding chipper/shredder housing
Separated chipper/shredder housing assemblies
Removed shredder blade center bolt
Removed two shredder blade side bolts
Removed two bolts on each of the chipper blades
Reversed the removals to install chipper blades,shredder blade and shredder screen

+replace all blades

took the chipper apart, shroud, and blades, replaced cutter blades reassembled shroud. 88years old, down on my knees in the dirt. After 3 minutes every muscle and joint screaming out, " Stop---quit===go find your chair. But I got it done, and the chipper works. Praise God!!!!

Socket set, Wrench Set, 1x2x8 to chock blade wheel

Blades worn

Disconnected spark plug, removed housing guards from both branch shredder and leaf shredder, removed blades (spacer on new one not necessary according to Craftsman notice), installed new ones, replaced housings, connected spark plug and ran engine. Will sharpen original blades and keep for emergency.

Dull blades

I had the original blades resharpened! One of the "new" blades had nicks on it,so I did not put them on. I will have to have it reground also.

1. Removed bolts to reveal shredder blade.
2. removed chipper chute to obtain access to chipper blades.
3. Replace blades.
4. Sharpened flail blades.
5. Reassembled.
