2. Remove black retainer clip by squeezing protruding tabs together with pliers (keep clip to reinstall; check valve does not come with retainer clip)
3. Check valve is easily removed by pulling straight out with your fingers
4. Insert replacement valve in housing
5. Reinstall black retainer
6. Reinstall shutoff valve (wrap teflon tape around threads for good seal)
7. Done!
