I purchased the extra pulley to enable the drill press (Jet ) to operate at lower speeds.
Normally the replacement pulley would need a use of an arbor press to install the bearings into he pulley. The offset shaft installs easy into the bearings. Install the completed assembly onto the drill press , install the belts and adjust.
