    Remove screw from rear caster foot, then install new foot. Then press the castor into the middle of the caster foot.

    I broke a caster leg on my 9 yr old shop vacuum.

    Caster foot broke

    Removed old foot by removing screw
    Removed caster from broken foot
    Installed caster into new foot
    Installed the foot into the vacuum -- it took some pressure
    Installed the screw from the broken foot into the new foot and vacuum

    It was very easy. It took 5 minutes at most.

    Front and rear casters were missing.

    The installation of casters into the front and rear caster foot required a fair amount of pressure. The amount of pressure was more than I originally anticipated.
    1. Put on work gloves.
    2. Inserted caster into the rear caster foot
    3. Placed rear caster against left knee and applied lots of pressure with the right hand.
    4. As pressure was applied twisted the caster
