I was pleased with the ordering process and the delivery time, however I would have appreciated if some instructions had been provided with the tool and the parts I ordered. Replacing Moen cartridges is not very intuitive, so some detailed instructions would have been great.

Fucet leaked and couldn't find correct replacement parts.

To complete two faucets, I had to get the correct replacement parts, which I was able to do through E-replacement Parts. Once I had the correct parts, removed the old cartridge, placed the new one in and then screwed in the extended locking piece. Both faucets work great now. Thanks for having the parts.
