This is a genuine Char-Broil replacement part, sold individually.
Stainless steel carryover tube. Tube channel measures 4-3/4" long. (this measurement does not include the mounting tabs). Comes with 2 cotter pins.
Carryover tubes connect the gas grill burners and carry the flame from one burner to the next.
Over time, your carryover tubes may rust or warp.
This would be the time to replace them.

2. Remove 8x "R" clips from the top of the burners towards the rear of the BBQ. Discard the old "R" clips.
3. Remove & discard old carryover tube assemblies.
4. One at a time, lift back of burners, then carefully pull towards rear of BBQ to expose igniters and ignition wires.
Use a small flathead screwdriver to carefully pop off the ignition clips (be careful not to break them or the igniters).
Remove & discard old burners.
5. One at a time, attach igniters to notched portion of the new burners using the clips on the igniter. Slide end of burner into the hole towards the front of the BBQ and rest the other end of the burner on the mounting point at the rear of the BBQ. Attach 4 new "R" clips to the mounting point eye holes to secure the burner in place.
6. Loosely screw "R" clip mounts that came with the burners into the screw holes on the top of the burners, near the rear of the BBQ.
7. Rest the new carryover tube assemblies on the screw mounts, with the open edge of the assemblies facing the front of the BBQ.
8. Attach 4 new "R" clips to the mounting screws on the burners. Loosen the screws if necessary to get the clips on.
9. Use a flathead screwdriver to carefully tighten the screw mounts and secure the carryover tube assemblies.
10. Turn on the propane and test all burners.
11. Rest flame tamers in place and reinstall grills.
