It is a genuine manufacturer-approved replacement gasket which is specially designed for use with Hitachi handheld lawn and garden equipment. This gasket provides an air-tight seal for the carburetor, please refer to appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and use of this hardware. Over time gaskets tend to wear out and may crack eventually requiring a replacement to maintain peak performance. It is made out of composite material and it is sold individually.
