Carburetor Kit 107-4607

Remove the air filter cover and the old air filter and throw the old air filter away. Remove the fuel lines and throttle from the carburetor. Remove the two screws holding the carburetor. Remove the old carburetor and use it as a model to build the new carburetor. The only way you can get a new carburetor is with this kit. Install the new one with the two screws. Replace the throttle and fuel lines. Install the new air filter, then the air filter cover.

The carburetor is all plastic and appears nonadjustable. the carburetor rebuild kit, turns out to be an entire new carburetor in pieces. (some assembly required) which is fantastic for the price. However the carburetors are adjustable. but you wouldn't really be able to tell how it works with out putting one together. the wind vane on the top is adjustable to put more or less load on the butterfly valve. However I would still recommend buying this product. the price is right and you will learn something.

Screw driver to remove 2 screws to take off old carb.... used tip cleaners to clean and clear any debris from new parts before assembly..... use carb cleaner as well....... use old carb for guidance on how to assemble the new one just to make sure all parts are correct...... place a in line fuel shut off on fuel line. I made mine to be a permanent install as my old carb would leak gas into the engine over time till tank was empty, and it keeps gas in the tank.... i got a plastic shut off from auto zone or advance auto..... used some Indian head gasket shellac to hold gasket on heat shield and on carb, you can only put a thin coat on, its not silicone gasket stuff... float adjustment was,,,,. carb upside down float level and try to blow air in l, if you can't then its good there. Turn right side up while holding the float, try to blow air in and slowly lower the float,. as you lower and air passes then all good . Raise float up and if stops air with very tiny pressure on float then your set. finish the build and your ready for gas and mowing
