would not run
First problem was solved with new gas tank and hoses since the old hoses were rotted. The e-replacement videos were invaluable since my bulb needed to pull gas through the carburetor and I was assuming it pushed gas into the carb.

It would then start and idle with choke on but would die when revved up. Did carb overhaul, replaced a couple of bad looking gaskets, and cleaned everything up. Same results. Ryobi blower had a Walbro Wyc-8 carb which has no adjustments I could find. Finally bent the metering lever up to allow more gas in. Had no idea how much to bend it. But when I put it back together it runs pretty darn good. Have to keep flipping the choke on until it warms up, but I'm not sure I want to take it apart and try bending the lever more. Probably would mess it up.

Took the old parts off and installed the new parts. Had to take care to be sure I knew where each fuel line went between carburetor, and tank, and priming bulb.

Gas/oil mixture leak. hard to start.
I basically rebuilt the trimmer, replacing all available gaskets and fuel lines and filter. I also removed some carbon buildup from the top of the piston and inside the combustion area. I found a damaged clutch during the breakdown and was lucky enough to find one elsewhere since it is a discontinued part. I viewed some repair tutorials from ereplacementparts for areas where I wasn't sure what to do, like, how to remove the drum and broken clutch. Which I needed to purchase a new tool for. A 4" T-25 driver. They were very simple to understand as well as the useful knowledge they contained.

My Ryobi is 11 years old this year with me as the only owner and now its runs like new again.

Fuel was leaking from the unit , also the heat dam was cracked in half.
I removed the blower tube, removed the plastic cover plat,(take pictures with your cell phone of the position of the throttle line) removed air filter, removed carburetor and heat dam along with gasket.Replace with new gaskets installed the new heat dam and gasket, replaced carburetor, replaced filter and cover installed blower tube. I think the thing that took the most time was cleaning the unit do to the fuel that had leaked. Just make sure you get the throttle line back in the proper position. Works like new

I was given a blower from my neighbor. Went to start the blower and could not get it started. My first thought was to put it in the shop like I normally do with my lawn equipment when it’s not working. This time I thought to try to fix it myself. l look on YouTube and found a video and it stated I needed several replacement parts. I googled the brand of the blower to locate parts and E replacement parts came up. I ordered five parts and I receive them in three days, each part fit and work perfectly. I was proud of myself that I did not put it in the shop, and I was able to fix it myself. I would definitely use this company if I’m ever in need of parts again.

    Great Parts
The gaskets, pins, and other parts I ordered to repair my lawn mower and leaf blower fit like a glove. I found parts on their website that were otherwise hard to find and their prices are reasonable. Great customer service, too.
