Product Description ?

This is an Original Manufacturer Approved Carburetor Kit which includes a Metal Body Carburetor, a Carburetor Gasket and a Plastic Intake Manifold. It is used on a variety of Gas Powered String Trimmers. The purpose of this part is to mix air and gas before the fuel mix goes to the engine. If the engine won't start and the tank is full of fresh fuel, test the carburetor by removing the air filter and pouring about a teaspoon of fuel into the carburetor. Pull the starter rope. If the engine starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem.

I ordered a carburetor from here and not knowing just what I needed for sure or if I could even get what I needed was kinda stressful. But as I talked to the rep she put my mind to ease and got me the right part, and not only did it fit the first time BUT it worked just as well and my weed eater came alive with the first pull, amazing how things work when you get the correct help. Easy repair and fast shipping
I bought the carburetor for my Troy-Bilt string trimmer. The old carb died and it would not start anymore. I saw some videos on You Tube on possible issues and I found this website on one of the videos. I’m glad I found it. I went thru their catalog and I ordered the carb. Installation was super simple they even had a video on how to install it. I put gas on the trimmer and it started right up. I was so happy that I didn’t have to buy another trimmer. I highly recommend this website and I will definitely be using them again.

    Worked as expected
Installed part and after priming the carburetor the weed eater started on the first pull. Good parts a little expensive but hey it worked.

    Great
Needed a new diaphragm for carb on weed eater. Nobody has just that. So this was inexpensive and works great so far. 2 weeks of use.

    Good Parts Poor Service
Ordered a couple of parts, paid for expedited shipping, but they were never sent, was told FedEx didn't pick them up? Instead of reshipping they cancelled the order, easy enough to reorder and they turned up three days later or two weeks after original order.

Somewhat disappointed.... Kit did not match the trimmer model provided.
The carburetor kit was not an exact replacement for my trimmer. The plastic manifold did not fit the unit. I needed to use the old manifold with the new carburetor. There's seems to be a flaw in the ordering system. I used the Model/Serial Number direcrtly from the unit to place the order. Evidently the ordering process needs more information to determine the correct kit.

I have an old troy built trimmer, and the motor kept sputtering, and idle but shut off when throttle was added. I decided to replace the carburetor. I removed the housing, and air cleaner, then removed the carb. Install the new carb by reconnecting the fuel lines (make sure they are in the correct spot), reconnect the throttle cable, then just put the air cleaner, and cover back.

TroyBilt TB539ES trimmer: New carb was slightly different. A small air hole in the base didn't line up with hole in gasket, so I punched new hole in gasket. It looked important. Gas lines left carb in a different direction but rerouting these lines was not a problem. Throttle cable assembly lined up perfect. Trimmer now runs perfect.
