Remove side cover
Remove belt
Remove drive gears
Remove main sub assy including motor
Carefully remove old bearings
Assemble

blades were leaving a groove after running the planer on a wood edge.

Wrench Set, blade gauge to check the height of the blades.

1. Removed old blades one at a time.
2. Replaced with new blades tighten the bolts three on each blade housing.
3. Test each blade set to check the clearance to the planer housing.
4. Set the depth of on the planer to one sixth and used a blade gauge to check the height across
the length of the blade.
5. Plugged it in and tested it on a scrape board worked like new'
