Product Description ?

It is a genuine item that is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with carburetors installed on Toro snowblowers. This is a complete kit that can be used to repair a faulty or a worn carburetor. Unfortunately, over time gaskets and o-rings tend to wear out and they may begin to fail eventually requiring replacement to maintain peak performance. Please make sure to refer to the owners manual and the appropriate diagrams of your specific model for the exact application of these components. Keep in mind this high-quality kit is sold individually.

    The parts looked correct but the float had small dimensional difference from the original that caused the float to stick and not work properly.

    Pliers, Socket set

    Removed gas cap first. Removed The housing. Drained the gas. Removed gas line. Took off the carburetor. Removed the bolt on the bottom of the bowl. Removed the float and the needle valve. Totally cleaned the carburetor. Put the new needle valve and float in, with the new o ring for the bowl. And a o ring for the bowl. Reinstalled carburetor and housing and the put fresh gas in the unit, put the gas cap on and started unit. Has been running perfectly, Since this was done.

    Leaking float bowl on carb

    Screwdriver, Socket set

    Removed shrouding. Removed 2 nuts holding carb in place. Removed carb a linkage. Removed float bowl. Used all gaskets, needle, float to rebuild. Put all back together. Worked perfect.

    not starting and fuel leak

    removed carburetor and installed carb repair kit, reinstalled carburetor, tighten all bolts. snow blower working like new. took a little extra time because found threaded bolt from engine was loose. so make sure all bolts are tight before reinstalling carb kit.

    remov ecarb from snowblower,slowly dis assemble,(noting where parts are at)clean carb w/break clean ,reassemble,add gas and start,readjust idle.
