Despite looking identical, the bushings I received would not fit into the metal frame of the elliptical machine. I ended up having to grind off a little of the plastic outer circumference to get them to fit. Not a big problem - just took some time.

On examining the replacement parts with the originals, I noticed a difference which explains the fit issue. The originals have a small slit that runs from the outer circumference of the plastic to the inner metal ring. This evidently allows the bushing to compress slightly and fit properly.

If I were to do this again, I'd cut such a slit in the new part with a thin hacksaw blade.

    Pliers, Allen Wrenches

Pliers/Channel Lock type are used to grab the edge of each bushing .You pull and turn back and forth to pull them out. Clean the housing and use a little lube to push the new ones in place. I used the recommended synthetic grease on all the bushings on reassembly. While your down there working, clean the tracks where the wheels ride .
