Description:
| This is a genuine OEM approved replacement part designed for use with Bosch angle grinders/cut-off machines. This item holds carbon brush against the armature. It is made out of plastic with metal and it is sold individually. Please note carbon brushes are sold separately. To replace this holder you would need a screwdriver • First remove screws holding the cover together • Carefully remove two halves of the housing to gain access to armature and brush holder • Disconnect brush wire and remove the brush • Install the new brush holder and the brush • Reassemble and test your tool |

Screwdriver, Pliers, Put shrink tubing isolation on brush wires. Not reqauired.
Brush holder slippage and shorting
As a added precaution, put shrink tubing on the brush wires. Also, a lock washer on the screw that holds the brush holders to the casing. This prevents loosening from vibration. The regular install simply slides into the grooves and the wire plugs into the power source. Easy replacement.
