This repair was simply a matter of unscrewing the brush caps, removing old brushes, and installing the replacements. I had purchased new caps in case I lost or messed one up, but didn't need them.

Review of a larger order - SLOW shipping
This is a review of a much larger order than 1 brush cap. eReplacement customer service was ok. Many items had to be sourced from the manufacturers which took quite awhile and they couldn't tell me how long. Only a 3 star review was because once they had all my items and shipped them, they used FedEx SmartPost which took FOREVER to get here when I was already behind on waiting for these parts. For the shipping price, they should use a faster method like UPS, regular Fedex or Priority mail.
