Product Description ?

This is a genuine manufacturer authorized replacement carbon brush designed for use with miter saws. It includes one (1) carbon brush with a lead wire attached.

Carbon brushes are a commonly replaced item on power tools. Carbon brushes through friction and use will gradually wear away and will require replacement. It is advised to replace both brushes at the same type.

You would need a screwdriver and pliers to complete this job.

• First remove screws holding the cover together
• Remove the housing to gain access to armature and brush holder
• Remove the old brush
• Install the new brush
• Reassemble and test your tool

    1 Unplug saw
    2 With flat screw driver unscrew brush covers.
    3 Pull bushes out with small screw driver or fingertip
    4 Push new brushes in and replace brush caps.

    The pair of brushes arrived promptly and looked good. I first removed the brush caps and then removed the old brushes. I then installed the new brushes and replaced the crush caps
