There was nothing wrong or broken with the original Brew Basket or Single Serve Pack Holder, we just need a separate one for the tea drinker in the family so his tea didn't taste like her coffee.

I replaced the old basket with a new basket. I took the old cup holder insert out and placed it in the new basket.
I checked the basket with coffee holder to make sure it snapped in place.
Very simple process.
