Repair beyond simple. Replace basket, replace lid. No special instructions necessary other than common sense.
A shout out to the order staff at e-Replacement. I ordered the lid the website indicated for my model but in reality, it didn't fit. I called and explained the situation and the individual took the time to write special instructions for the parts puller staff so I would get the correct lid, and I received it in less than a week. Excellent customer service!
