Hi Roy,
Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, if the toaster oven will not turn on, check and make sure that the power plug is securely plugged into the wall outlet. If it is, try plugging it into a different outlet to see if it will work. If it works in a different outlet, there may be an issue with the previous outlet it was plugged into. Try resetting the circuit breaker to see if this will help. If the issue is not the outlets, the thermal fuse may have blown. The fuse is not listed in the parts list for your model and you will need to contact Breville to see if they have information on a replacement. If you have any questions, please let us know. Our suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers and contact us back with the updated substitution number.
