Socket set, 3 jaw puller
Old breather lost elasticity and would not seal. Losing moderate amount of oil onto mower block and deck
Remove fuel tank
Remove blower housing/starter
Remove flywheel (use 3 jaw)
R&R breather assembly
Reinstall reverse order

Removed top cover.
Removed starter rope assembly/cover.
Remove fly wheel.
