Ir is porcelain coated for extended durability. Features air adjustment screw to adjust air/gas mixture. This burner is sold individually and it includes an ignitor electrode.
No tools needed to replace this burner.
• Make sure to disconnect the gas tank
• Disconnect the old electrode
• Remove old burner and an electrode
• Secure the new burner with an electrode
• Re-connect and test the grill

2. Used screwdriver and adjustable to remove burner brace
3. Installed new burner brace and three new burners
4. Replaced grill grates
5. Removed screws on sides of front panel to access ignitor and wires
6. Remove large nut to push ignitor thru panel and disconnect wires
7. Installed new ignitor and wires
8. Tighten large plastic nut
9. Push panel back into place and replaced screws on side of panel
10. Ready to grill after installing grease pan
The burners had never been replaced after 5 years. The carryover tube was falling apart with rust and corrosion.

2. Took wrench and screwdriver and removed the single bolt/nut off each end of grill.
3. Cleaned up the belly of the grill.
4. Assembled the new L bracket to each end of the new carryover tube (do not tighten).
5. Re-attach the new carryover tube to the grill, align to center, tighten bolts/nuts.
6. Slide new burners into place and adjust the bolt on each burner to regulate the air/gas.
