The rack and clamp assembly were broken that hold the table to the stand and allow the table height to be adjusted

I had to remove the drill head and motor assembly by loosening the hex head set screws and pulling it off the top.
Then the rack collar was removed to be able to slide off the rack and table clamp.
Re-assembly was in the reverse after the table and immediate arm were put together with the new clamp
