My replacement part arrived in a reasonable time. It was in good shape. However, for the price that I paid, I think that the bowl should have included the lid to go with it. If I had ordered both pieces separately; they would have cost almost the same as the whole item; which would include the motor etc.

Have this food grinder that I dropped the bowl on the floor and it cracked.. Any of the liquid I put into it would leak out so it was useless. I was going to throw it away, but it seemed to have a good strong motor and then decided to go on the internet. I located your company found the correct bowl. It fits and works perfectly. So much so that I was going to write you a letter to say "thank you, sooo much"!
