Cap was seized to bonnet nut making it impossible to properly tighten the nut. New bonnet and nut solved the problem.

Removed the two pieces frozen together and replaced/tightened the bonnet nut, then screwed on the bonnet cap, In the process of checking the installation, I discovered that the pull down hose fitting at the spout was not tight and was leaking slightly. A quick tightening with the adjustable wrench finished the job.

Turned off the water below the sink.
1-removed the faucet handle with 1/8" alan wrench
2-removed the Bonnet and V-Ring with adjustable wrench
3-replaced the Bonnet and V-Ring and tightened
4-replaced the faucet handle.
5-Turned on the water below the sink.
1-removed the faucet handle with 1/8" alan wrench
2-removed the Bonnet and V-Ring with adjustable wrench
3-replaced the Bonnet and V-Ring and tightened
4-replaced the faucet handle.
