If the the blade adapter is damaged or bent in any way. That would give you a lot of vibration when using your mower. Then the 753-06304 repair kit would fix it. I would also check your blade to make sure it is not bent in any way. Hopefully the the main shaft on the engine is okay. If you think it might be. Most manufactures of larger outdoor power equipment, such as lawnmowers, snowblowers, walk behind edgers, etc., build only the machine and then out source the engine to a manufacture of small engines. They rely on the manufacture of the engine to supply engine parts and warranty service through their network of service centers and dealers. To find parts for the engine on your machine you will need to know the brand, model and type number of the engine itself. This information will usually be located on a tag right on the engine. Some manufactures will stamp the information right into the castings.
