Questions & Answers for Blower Wheel

My model's shaft does not have a flat (d shaped) shaft. Is this the right blower wheel? The # on the original blower wheel was 10060300.
Matt for model number 8664rp asked on 2024-01-09
Hello Matt, Thank you for your inquiry. As per the manufacturer, this would be the current compatible blower wheel for the model number you have provided. If the shaft on your motor is different, then you may need the new complete assembly or a new motor. We hope this helps.
    eReplacementParts Team January 09, 2024
I am replacing the fan cage due to rattling, clunking noise and two visible cracks where the shaft is installed on the shaft. do you recommend oiling the motor? what weight of oil? and where do I oil it? (oiling ports?)( I have removed the fan and bracket, leaving the bracket attached to the motor.) Thanks for your help.
Roger for model number 8812 asked on 2023-01-02

My blower wheel is loose from the motor shaft; it wobbles and makes terrible racket; no nut or anything to secure it to shaft. It appears center hole in wheel is worn smooth. Do you have a replacement wheel for this model? And what is price?
Ralph for model number 672RB asked on 2022-04-09
Hello Ralph, thank you for your question. We don't have the model 672RB but do have the 672R. We believe the wheel SNT5901A000 is the same for both. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.

Removed old unit and replaced with new motor and fan. Improved instructions for attaching fan would be better since fan depth and fit with unit housing is important for proper operation of unit; fan depth required some adjustment before unit would operate quietly. I am pleased with final outcome.

I loosened 3 screws to release motor/fan blower assembly. The fan motor has a very simple plug just like any plug in your house/apartment. I unplugged the motor, removed the motor assembly, then lifted the blower wheel off the motor/motor support assembly. Finally, I pushed the new blower wheel onto the motor shaft very gently. I reassembled the fan motor & support and plugged the motor in. The blower wheel worked perfectly. Total time to change 2 fan's blower wheels, including getting my small ladder, tools, and to put everything away was about 45 minutes. 1 final thing to add is I am severely visually handicapped (only 1/3 of a normal person's vision when my glasses are on). You may be able to beat my time if you have any mechanical aptitude!
