One of three blades broke, so decided to replace all three and save older two for replacement parts
The hardest part is getting my youngest son out of his man cave. Once out he grabbed the tools and we were able to change all three blades. Without any way to lift the mower it was easier for us to remove the deck from the mower. We flipped it over and replaced the blades. With the blades on we slid the deck back under the mower and reattached it. A few minutes to reinstall the belt and we were all set.

the blades were worn out and tips were starting to split
removed old worn blades and replaced with new ones. much better looking lawn.
