The wheel on the blade guide wheel axle popped out of the guide.
I set in on the bench and removed all of the screws so that I could split the case. The case split open easily. I was able to lift the old part out, attach the blade support to the support piece and set it back in place.
Careful to make sure the plate assembly on the bottom goes back in correctly. I ended up removing it and then reattaching it once I had reinstalled all of the screws in the case. Much easier that way.
