Removed the worn blade spindle and placed the new one in its place. Used the self threading bolts to mount the new blade spindle. I would thread the bolts in a little and back them out , then kept doing this until the spindle and bolts were tight. Placed the belt back on the blade spindle. Then installed the blade.

Remove the blade
Remove the four bolts holding the old blade spindle to the deck, and removed it
The new spindle assembly is not threaded, but the bolts are self tapping. Installed the new spindle.
