Bath exhaust fan cracked blade. Noisy
Unscrewed the grill, loosened two screws holding the fan motor. Pulled it out. Pulled off the old blade, put the new one in and put everything back together. No noise now

The fan was just slightly smaller than the previous one but still works fine.
1. Removed the plastic cover with a Phillips screwdriver.
2. Removed two Phillips screws, held motor/ fan, unplugged the power cord.
3. Took the crossover motor holder and used s but driver, removed the old motor, replace with new motor.
Place plastic fan blade on and replaced the new motor back in the hole and connected the power cord.
4. Replaced two retaining screws, made sure there was clearance all around and then checked power.
5.Placed the cover back on and done.

My fan blade was broken and very old.
I unplugged the old fan blade and removed all bolts and replaced the new fan blade and secured the bolts and plugged the fan blade back in place. Worked perfectly.

Old Motor failed
1) Spun off cover on Exhaust Fan.
2) Unplugged Fan Motor..
3) Using a Flat blade screwdriver loosen mounting screws and removed motor and blade assembly.
4) Removed old motor & fan and installed new motor & fan onto mounting bar.
5) Reinstalled bar with fan & blade back into exhaust fan housing using mounting screws.
6) Plugged in fan motor and tested for rotation and proper air exhaust direction.
7) Spun cover back on and check operation again. All good on to the next job.

Blades got brittle and broke.
Took old fan out and put new blades on. Also added an outside protector. A friend did this job for me.
