Went the extra mile
There was a little bit of a problem finding the replacement blade for my personal blender because I couldn't read the numbers that identified it on the back of the blender. It was almost like I had to read Braille. But what numbers and letters I couldn't read, the clerk help me with and found the right part. It arrived, fit, and saved me about $20. I am very pleased at this clerk going the extra mile. I could not read two of the numbers that were the model number of the blender. It was black raised letters on black. But the clerk found it!
