Questions & Answers for Black and Decker HSVJ520JMBF27 (Type 1)

My vacuum dies about every 2 seconds.. It will not stay on long enough to even vacuum a crumb no longer how long it's been charged. It's there not a way to replace the battery for this vacuum?
Brittany for model number (HSVJ520JMBF27) cordless vacuum asked on 2023-02-24
Hi Brittany, Thank you for your question. If your vacuum stops every few seconds, check and make sure that the battery is charged. If the battery is not charging correctly, the issue is with either with the battery or the charger. If the filter is clogged, this could cause the vacuum to stop working. Check the filter and if it is clogged, it will need to be cleaned. If you have any questions, please let us know. We look forward to hearing from you!
