Product Description ?

This is a genuine Hoover belt made for stick vacuums. This cogged belt features notches made to align into sprockets in the brush roll. It transfers energy from the motor to the brush roll in order to spin it. This cogged design is efficient and longer lasting than tension-based belts. This belt is made to be changed every one to two years. One belt is included per package.

    Removed screws on underside of vacuum and removed cover plate. Removed brush roll and belt. Attached belt to brush roll and Installed new brush roll ( the end caps are part of brush roll) Replaced cover plate with screws. Complete installation was very simple.

    I threw away the dirt cup baffle by mistake...and I ordered the belt and foam filter just in case I need them in the future.
