Belt stretch bad as well as worn pulley
Had to custom make wrench to remove front belt cover. Had to custom adjust pulley cable to tighten belt properly.

Lawn Mower Belt worn
1. Removed all the cawling covering the belt.
2. Removed the left front tire.
3. Losen the pulleys around the main shaft and the rear pulley.
4. Removed the worn belt.
5. Installed the new belt.
6. Reassemble in reverse order.

The belt was worn out.
Removed the front and rear drive pulleys and belt guards. Pulled belt out the front opening and reverse to reinstall.

A real pain to remove plastic shields under mower
Belt pulleys very difficult to get around and place new belt on
One bolt broke off in frame
Took 3 hours, not an easy repair primarily due to AWD pulleys. FWD much easier

Disassembled the lower cowlings, removed front drive axle on one side, removed rear belt securing flange, installed belt, pulley’s the reassemble unit
