    Remove the duct tape that held the old bellows together
    Loosen clamps holding the old bellows
    Push zip tie holding the throttle cable out of the way
    Remove the remains of the old bellows and all the duct tape
    Insert new bellows
    Tighten clamps
    Reposition zip tie
    Test, adjust, test again
    Done

    Bellow split and cracked

    Remove the 2 clamps that holds the Bellows in place, remove the bellows and then replace it with the new one. I ended up giving the tube that the bellows attaches to a couple wraps of black tape because the tube would end up blowing out of the bellows even though I bought a new clamp for the tube. And that seemed to work.

    Loosened two screw-clamps, clipped two zip ties, installed the new bellows, replaced zip ties and tightened screw clamps. Whole process took 3 min. Very easy :)

    1. Removed the clamps and then the bellow.
    2. Put the clamps on loosely and slipped the below on each part.
    3. Pulled the clamps over the bellow ends and tightened.
