This is a manufacturer sourced replacement part designed for use with Ryobi scroll saws. This is an important part of the dust blowing mechanism. Over time this part can become brittle and crack allowing for air leaks. To complete this repair you would need a screwdriver. This flexible plastic bellows is sold individually.

    1. Remove the 2 screws on the bellows cover mounted on the top side of the scroll saw with a #2 Phillips screwdriver.
    2. Remove the damaged bellows.
    3. Insert new bellows.
    4. Secure the 2 cover screws and the job is complete.

    New bellows was inserted into the frame. The old air cap with tubing connection was placed on top and rotated to lock into position. Reconnected air tube. That's it!

    The saw is a Skil saw, the replacement part by luck is a bellows from another manufacturer. Skil saw has listed their bellows as "Discontinued". I found the replacement through scrolling through different manufacturers. As luck has it the replacement was a perfect fit. Dropped in the single part/replacement and reattached the tube that delivers air flow to the blade dusr removal tube.

    1) Removed plastic bellows top by twisting it free and exposing broken bellows.
    2) Removed old rubber bellows
    3) Replaced bellows top and connected hose.
