Bearing over heated and worn out. Plastic housing also melted from over heated bearing.
1. Removed housing and armature.
2. Install new bearing in new housing

Left motor bearing wore out.
1. Disassembled almost the whole tool.
2. Cleaned out all the saw dust.
3. Inspected bearing and found bad one.
4. Ordered replacement bearing.
5. Installed replacement bearing.
6. Replace grease in gear box.
7. Re-assembled tool.
8. Test operated tool - works great.

Screwdriver, Socket set, needle vicegrip to hold worm shaft while I remove belt wheel
belt side bearing burnt out lost bearings in race
pulled the case off the belt drive side.
removed belt drive wheels / pulley. then reinstalled them and the new bearing into the new case.
Note that I had 3 of these that needed the same fix.

Remove the screws in order to split the case in half
